PM Says a Vote for the CPP is a Vote for Peace

TBONG KHMUM: At the inauguration ceremony of Krouch Chhmar District Referral Hospital in Tbong Khmum Province on Monday morning, 3 April 2023, Prime Minister Hun Sen called on the public to vote for the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) to ensure the maintenance of peace and national development.

"Please vote for the Cambodian People's Party to ensure peace and the process of national development," he said. "Maintaining peace for the sake of development is our responsibility."

The Prime Minister said that if the CPP remains in power, it will be clear that Cambodia will continue to have peace, stability and further development. He added that the Royal Government will not tolerate those who wish to overthrow current leadership, insult the King or destroy peace in any way.

The 7th National Assembly Election (General Election) is set to take place on 23 July 2023.
